Quad Bike Birding

Quad biking is a fun way to explore areas that cannot be reached by vehicle. Birding on a quad bike give you the feeling that you will chase away the birds but it will amaze your highest expectation!!! Having a 360 view, the confluence of the three rivers will provide bird life unimagined. Purple-Crested Turaco, Bee–eaters, and Rufous- chested Sparrowhawk’s and Southern Bou Bou are some of the few we spot on the trails. The idea is to drive to different hot spots, ones there you will be able to explore them on foot before departing to the next. In this way you can move deeper into the thickets and quicker to where you want to be, seeing more variety in a short period. Narina Trogon is an almost guaranteed sighting.

Eagles, Narina Trogon’s, Turaco’s, Cuckoo’s, Robin’s are ever present along with the smaller LBJ’s (little brown jobs). Stop where you want to stop cycle where you want to cycle. We have five well marked routes for you to choose from or just follow the sound of the next bird call.
